Boardzer is a product of FDSmax Technologies, a software company focused on building professional-grade SaaS platforms for business governance, finance, and community. Our team has deep experience in fintech, legal-tech, and enterprise software, and we are passionate about making world-class tools accessible to every organisation regardless of size.

What We Build

Boardzer combines three powerful capabilities into a single, integrated platform:

• Digital Boardroom — Create and manage board resolutions, conduct electronic votes, enforce quorums, apply the Chairman's veto, and generate legally formatted PDF resolutions with digital signatures.
• Business Deals Platform — Anonymously post and discover M&A opportunities, investment proposals, and partnership deals. Use RAG AI matching, sign NDAs online, and close deals through our secure escrow service.
• Investment Community — Angel investors and venture capital firms can track portfolios, engage with entrepreneurs, collaborate with co-investors, and build a public profile for deal flow.
