Welcome to FDSmax Boardzer (“Boardzer”, “we”, “our”, “us”), operated by FDSmax. By accessing or using Boardzer at boardzer.com or its associated mobile and desktop applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Boardzer platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using Boardzer on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Boardzer provides a secure digital boardroom platform that enables organisations, founders, directors, shareholders, investors, and entrepreneurs to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your PIN, OTP, and any security tokens. You agree to notify us immediately at meet@boardzer.com of any unauthorised access or use of your account.
You may create or be part of multiple Organisation Profiles. Each Organisation Profile is subject to the privileges and roles assigned by the Organisation Admin.
Boardzer offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through our payment partners including Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, and PayU. All payments are in the base currency of the selected subscription plan, which may be USD, GBP, EUR, or INR depending on your country.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
The Business Deals Platform facilitates connections between parties interested in mergers, acquisitions, investments, and partnerships. Boardzer charges a 1% commission on escrow transactions. We act solely as an escrow agent and do not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.
All deal proposals posted anonymously will remain confidential until both parties mutually agree to disclose their identities, typically after signing an online NDA through the platform.

Boardzer takes the confidentiality of your board decisions and business information seriously. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not share your private organisation data, resolutions, or deal information with any third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
All content, design, code, and trademarks on Boardzer are the property of FDSmax unless otherwise noted. You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or submit through the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FDSmax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Boardzer, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where FDSmax is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
