Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1 January 2025
This Refund Policy governs subscription payments and escrow transactions made through the FDSmax Boardzer platform.
1. Subscription Refunds
Boardzer operates on a subscription basis. The following refund policy applies:
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions once the billing period has commenced.
- Annual subscriptions: If you cancel within 7 days of your annual subscription payment and have not used the premium features, you may request a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued, but you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
- Free plan: No payment is required for the Free Individual plan; hence no refunds apply.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a subscription refund, please email meet@boardzer.com within the eligible period with:
- Your registered email address or phone number
- Your payment reference / transaction ID
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to process refund requests within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
3. Escrow Transactions
Boardzer facilitates escrow services for business deal transactions. The following applies:
- The 1% escrow commission is non-refundable once the escrow transaction is verified and processed.
- If a business deal falls through before the escrow funds are released to the seller, the buyer may request return of funds (excluding the escrow fee) by contacting our support team.
- Disputes between buyer and seller parties regarding deal delivery will be reviewed by the Boardzer team on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests made after the eligible refund period
- Change of mind after full use of the subscription features
- Escrow fees on completed transactions
